We will request information only to help provide you with the correct information to help you make an informed choice. The information provide in your online application form, implies your agreement to receive an email confirming your quote and for NowCompare.com to contact you to discuss your options.

NowCompare.com doesn’t accept any responsibility for checking information, or for any errors or omissions and information you fail to disclose information to NowCompare.com or the insurance company, resulting in invalidation or non-payment of any claims. If you are unsure whether you need to provide additional information not requested by NowCompare.com or you feel that there is an error in the policy information displayed on the insurers website, you should contact the insurer directly before accepting the quote.
NowCompare.com operations are completely transparent and we aim to provide the highest standards of service. However, on the rare occasion that we could improve our service, we would like to hear from you. If you have a complaint about a specific insurance provider we will forward your complaint and pass on your contact details to the insurer so that they can contact you directly.
We are not responsible for any losses suffered as a result of the information you provided to NowCompare.com being incorrect or incomplete. Any losses suffered due to information provided correctly to NowCompare which does not appear on the insurers system due system error. Any losses due to being NowCompare.com being inaccessible at any time. Any losses suffered via third party websites, as NowCompare.com cannot guarantee that third party websites are virus free or secure. Any losses suffered due to a virus or attack or other harmful online activity that may damage your computer or data, caused by NowCompare.com downloading malicious material posted on the site or if you click links to external suppliers on our site.
